2007

Monica Evangelista – Manhattan College (Softball)

 
Monica Evangelista was selected to the All-MAAC Second Team as an outfielder while also earning a MAAC All-Academic Team selection for the second straight season 2011. She played in 40 games and made 38 starts in left field. In 2010 Evangelista was named to the MAAC All-Academic Team, and finished the season with a .304 batting average, including a .373 mark in MAAC play.

Before Manhattan College, Evangelista was named First Team All-State Group 1 during both her sophomore and senior years and selected First Team All-County as a senior after earning First Team All-County honors as a freshman.


2009

Lisa Orlando – Ramapo College (Softball)

 
In 2011 Lisa Orlando started 21 games for Ramapo College and recorded 16 hits with 6 RBIs. Over the course of her Freshman year in Orlando finished with a .327 batting average while holding a 3.0 academic GPA. Orlando also earned All-County and All-State honors at Bloomfield High School. Orlando splits her time between Infield and Catcher while majoring is psychology.
 
 
 


2010

Maria DeLuca – Seton Hall University (Softball)

 
DeLuca made 26 starts for Seton Hall University in 2011 after being named First Team All-Conference from Mt. Saint Dominic High School. Additional High School achievements include All-County in 2009, Essex County Player of the Year, and helped Mount St. Dominic to Essex County Championships in 2008 and 2009 along with a Super Essex Conference Championship in 2010.


Lauren Frick – Campbell University (Soccer)

 
Frick served as a back-up goalkeeper behind three upperclassmen keepers during her first year at Campbell University. Lauren Nicole Frick enters Campbell as a three-year letter winner and two-time captain at North Warren, where she owns the school record for shutouts in a season (11). While at North Warren High School, Frick earned the team’s MVP award as a senior as well as first team Skyland Conference, All-County, All-Area, West Jersey nods as a senior.


Steph Pasquale – Temple University (Softball)

 
In 2012, Steph Pasquale was named to the College Sports Madness Atlantic 10 Preseason All Conference First Team and earned All-Atlantic First Team honors at catcher. Within 2012 Pasquale also tied Temple’s single-season record with 14 doubles. Additional accolades included being named to the 2011 Louisville Slugger/NFCA Division I All-Northeast Region First Team, while leading the team in batting, slugging percentage, on base percentage, hits and RBIs.


Sarah Prezioso – Temple University (Softball)

 
In 2012 was named to the College Sports Madness Atlantic 10 Preseason All Conference Second Team and earned All-Atlantic 10 First-Team honors at shortstop alongside two-time A-10 Player of the Week (3/19 and 3/26). Prezioso led the team and was third among Atlantic 10 players in batting average with four homeruns. She has moved into a tie for fifth on Temple’s career list with 13. Other records include 39 RBIs, which is the second-highest single-season total in TU history…tied with Stephanie Pasquale for the team lead with 14 multiple hit games and 10 multiple RBI contests…put together a 14-game hit streak at one point…perfect on the base path with seven stolen bases on seven attempts…played in and started all but one game at shortstop…named the team’s offensive player of the year at the end of year banquet.


2011

Allissa Kerr – Seton Hall Univeristy (Softball)

 
Seton Hall University Softball Catcher, Allissa Kerr arrived at the acclaimed New Jersey collegiate institution after being named as a All-Conference, All-State and All-County athlete from West Essex High School. Her batting average was .486 in 2010 while majoring in Criminal Justice.
 


Amanda Paxson – Manhattan College (Softball)

 
Amanda Paxson started 37 games for Manhattan College in 2012 after a career at Mt. Saint Dominic Academy where she earned All-Conference honors four times. In addition, Paxson led Mt. Saint Dominic to a pair of Essex County Championships while being named First Team All-Essex County after hitting .500 with 28 RBIs from the leadoff spot in 2011.


Brianna Schauer – Iona College (Softball)

 
Brianna Schauer earned a spot on the MAAC All-Tournament Team and played in all 58 games at shortstop, with 56 starts. She hit .277 with 41 hits, seven doubles, and 18 RBI – having a season-high three hits on three occasions this season. Before Iona, Schauer was a four year starter at West Essex Regional High School and was First Team All-Super Essex Conference, First Team All-Essex County, and Third Team All-State selections during senior year


Allie Patierno – University of South Florida (Softball)

 
Allie Patierno is a four-year letter winner in volleyball and softball at Montville High School in New Jersey. She was a four-time all-county and all-conference selection, third-team all-state selection as a senior, named team captain and MVP as a senior and set the program’s all-time record for career RBIs, home runs and career hits (112). Patierno led Morris County in home runs as a sophomore and junior by batting .440 with a .525 OBP and .880 slugging percentage as a senior.


Jackie DiPiazza – Jacksonville University (Softball)

 
Was a four-year stater for coach John Immediato at Montville High School and hit .300 with a .990 fielding average as a junior and was second-team All Conference. As a sophomore DiPiazza was All Conference honorable mention, played summer ball with the Newtown Rock Gold and also participated in track and soccer in high school.
